He also works with a boutique private equity firm that has been in business for over 40 years, has raised over Two Hundred Billion United States Dollars in the past 10 years and who can raise capital in the form of debt, convertible debt, preferred convertible stock, preferred stock or stock. Additionally, they also work with a Wall Street Hedge Fund that has many years of experience in funding films, TV Series, and concert specials.
His team will review the particulars of any new funding request by focusing on the borrower’s geographic location, loan size, industry type, collateral (if any), mix of collateral, historical cash flows, credit pro file, etc. in order to identify lenders who can fulfil the specific requirements of the borrower and introduce accordingly.

As our network is continually expanding, we’ve been able to establish and maintain good relationships with investment firms and individuals alike, many of whom, enable us to source some types of investment projects depending on the clients requirements through them directly or we ourselves occasionally have our own projects which require some funding.
An example for investment projects we’re able to source include real estate developments through to acquisition of gold or other precious metal mines and our coverage is on a global scale.
