When it comes to sourcing assets in the world of real estate, our team work directly with the owners, mandates or authorised person(s) that can legally act on behalf of the buyer/seller. Currently, our coverage for sourcing these assets are situated in the UK, US, EU & Middle East.
For any assistance outside of these areas such as Africa, Caribbean Islands etc, we would simply work with our extended network and attempt to facilitate a potential transaction as well as performing the necessary due diligence on all involved parties.
Commercial assets are our focus and tend to be located in the major cities of the continents/countries listed above, such examples of these are HMO (House of multiple occupancy), Multi-family Units, mixed-use properties etc. So, whether it is a 5* hotel situated in the heart of the Algarve or pieces of development land in the UK, we’ve got them. Outside of these geographic locations, we would still be able to assist, but might have fewer options due to the lack of demand.
When it comes down to the value of the assets, we’re flexible in how we work with our clients and will always try to stick to their budget depending on the type of asset they’re seeking to acquire. As a general guide for pricing, our assets vary between $1M - $1B, most of which, we’re either in direct contact with the seller or their respective mandate.
Residential Real Estate
Whilst we concentrate on commercial assets, we are able to assist when it comes to any residential enquiries if it’s located in the UK & EU. Currently, these are the only locations we’re able to offer our service. Any enquiry outside of our scope would result in us sourcing through our external network or declining if we're unable to meet that enquiry. As a general guide for pricing, our assets tend to vary between £150,000 - £70,000,000.
